November 1, AIDS Presentation

Carlos Garcia, a speaker on AIDS, will be making a presentation and hosting a workshop on the issue. We are co-sponsoring with LASO on this event so come out and learn more about an important issue!

Former Cape Verdean President Antonio Monteiro comes to visit and speak at NU. The details are still being brought to light but we'll keep you posted.

We'll be having a fashion show during NASO's AIDS Week for AIDS awareness. Cape Verdean disigners will be showcasing their wares. There will also be a musical performer so come out for a good cause and watch a great show!
